A Morning of Wellness
Spend the morning as we reset and recharge. We will start the morning with a workout and breath work. We’ll then head to Central Station for coffee and small bites. Then we will head over to Melody Spa for an hour of foot reflexology. Fully relaxed, we will venture over to Pinklicious for manicures. If the weather allows, we will end with a walk to the beach for a closing meditation.
